Questetra BPM Suite makes various application processes in your organization a lot easier to handle. Though our company is still very small and doesn't have many application forms in our office, we are doing very well in handling the application forms using Questetra BPM Suite.
However, it needs some thought if you want to use Questetra BPM Suite for reimbursement application that incorporates submission of receipts.
The other day, David Pogue, a famous New York Times tech columnist, wrote about a very handy way to manage receipts.

If you use the receipt scanner mentioned in this column, you can scan receipts to manage them. The scanner recognizes letters on receipts, makes multiple receipts into one PDF file, and also allows you to email receipts right away.
I don't know if there is any problem, from a point of view of audit, in storing receipts in the form of PDF files, but if there is none, it's a very attractive solution, isn’t it?
