Can BPMS, including Questetra BPM Suite, contribute to QCD?

Quality ---- Can it make sure to improve quality of deliverables?
Cost ------- Can it surely improve productivity?
Delivery --- Can it guarantee that a deadline is met?

It's not necessarily appropriate to say that they are "sure."

But, I can say:

Quality ---- We ensure that the quality of deliverables is checked.
Cost ------- We can review whether expected productivity is achieved or not.
Delivery --- We can forecast, to a certain extent, whether a deadline can be met or not.


BPMS can't guarantee the accomplishment of KPI, but, concerning KPI, we can see, by using BPMS, whether
- we must make the further effort
or
- there is no problem with the current status.

Questetra BPM Suite に限らず、BPMS は企業活動の QCD に貢献できるのだろうか？

Quality ---- 成果物の品質が必ず向上するか？
Cost ------- 生産性が必ず向上するか？
Delivery --- 納期が必ず守られるか？

「必ず」とは言えないように思います。

しかし、

Quality ---- 成果物の品質のチェックが必ず行われる。
Cost ------- 生産性が期待通りか見る事ができる。
Delivery --- 納期が守られるかどうかある程度予測する事ができる。

は言えると思う。

KPI の実現性は保証できないが KPI に向けて
- 努力しなければならない
- このままで良い
かは、わかる。(ような気がする)
