New Feature -Task Board- / 新機能 -タスクボード-

Depending on business processes, we need to share some information related to certain tasks among participants. To keep a log of such information, we are planning to add a feature "Task Board" in the next version (Apr-2009, scheduled) of Questetra BPM Suite.

Task Board enables you to leave a message to other users executing the same task when you execute it. Other executers of that task or designers of the process model can check the message.

In this way, logged messages on Task Board become a pool of useful information related to the task. This will enhance information-haring among participants and facilitate efficient execution of processes.

業務プロセスをこなしていると、一部のタスクに関して担当者間で共有しておきたい情報が出てくることがあります。こういった情報を記録するために、次のバージョン(2009年4月バージョンになる予定)のQuestetra BPM Suiteでは「タスクボード」という機能を搭載する予定です。

タスクボード機能では、それぞれのタスクを実行する際に、同じタスクを実行するユーザにメッセージを残しておくことができます。残されたメッセージは、同じタスクを実行するユーザや、そのプロセスモデルを設計しているユーザによって確認することができます。

こうしてタスクボードに蓄積されたメッセージは、そのタスクに関する有用な情報の集まりとなります。これにより、担当者間での情報の共有が促進され、プロセスの効率的な実行を助けてくれることになるでしょう。
