Evolution to "Business Process Management" from the "Workflow" in the Japanese Government!

確かに、ひとりの国民として、「効率化」や「透明性向上」あるいは「迅速化」を願った経験が何度もある。
- 縦割で連携しない行政手続き
- 個々の手続きも複雑かつ不透明
- 処理完了までの所要時間が長い／無用な書類も多い
真の GDP を伸ばさねばならない国情にあって、政府自身が「生産性向上」の実践例を示してもらいたいものだ。（祈念!!）
Certainly, as a citizen, I have experience of wishing many times, "efficiency" and "accelerating" or "improve transparency".
- Administrative procedures do not work cooperative for sectionalism
- Individual Procedure also are complex and unclear
- Takes long time to complete processing/ many useless documents
In this conditions of the true GDP must be increase, I want the Government to show an example of 'productivity improvement' by itself. (Best wish!)
