"Is it possible to substitute approval tasks?"

This is a question that clients often ask.

"Of course."

In Questetra BPM Suite there are two different ways to change the person in charge of executing a task.

The first is by having the process model manager allocate the task to another person.

Say, for example, your supervisor forgets to approve a process before going on vacation; the process model manager can allocate the approval task to another person.

The second is by delegating your own task to another person.

If, for example, you plan to go on vacation and have some tasks piled up, you can delegate them to another person before you go.

These two methods enable "substituting approval tasks."

Questetra BPM Suite では、二つの方法でタスクを実行しなければならない人を変更することができます。

一つは、その業務プロセスモデルの管理者が強制的に他の人にタスクを割り当てる、という方法。

上司が承認を忘れて休暇に入ってしまった場合は、業務プロセスモデルの管理者が他の人に承認タスクを割り当てる。

もう一つは、自分のタスクを他の人に移譲する、という方法。

自分が休みに入る前に、溜まっている承認タスクを他の人に移譲する。

これら二つの方法で「代理承認」を実現できます。
