BPM by workers / 現場から始めるBPM

On Jul. 22, at Kyoto Chamber of Commerce and Industry, I gave a presentation titled "BPM by workers".

At the beginning of the presentation, I asked the audience, "Raise your hands if you know a word BPM (Business Process Management)."

Then, about 40 percent of the participants did. Because many of them are IT Coordinators, 40 percent is a kind of high rate, isn't it?

To start up "BPM by workers," it is crucial that the cost is low and the installation is easy.
