Offer / オファー

Offer is a state in which an executor of some work item is being wanted or a state in which some participant is being asked to execute the work item.

In workflow research, Offer is one of the states of work items and means a state in which someone is being requested to execute some work item.

At the morning assembly my leader says that
- Anybody, write a proposal document!
- Anybody, clean up our assembly room!
- Anybody, go for a drink with me!

They are "Offers"!

"Clean up your desk!" is "Allocation".

オファーとは、ある作業について、その実行者を募集している状態、もしくはある人がその実行を依頼されている状態のことを言います。

ワークフロー研究においては「ワークアイテムのステータスの一種を示し、作業の処理申請をされた状態」のことです。

よく朝礼で上司から
- 誰か提案書を書いてくれないか！
- 誰か会議室を掃除してくれないか！
- 誰か飲みにいかないか！！
と言われますよね。

これがオファーです。

「君、机の上を片付けなさい！」は"アロケーション"です。
