New Feature - Display Messages on Task Excecution Screen - / 新機能 - タスク実行画面へのメッセージ表示 -

I think it often happens that the Process Model designer is not the same person as the executor of tasks according to that Process Model.

So, in order to carry out [tasks, business, work] effectively, it is indispensable for the designer and the executor to communicate with each other.

As a feature that enables the designer to tell the Task executor his/her intentions during Process Model design or supplemental information which input item names can't convey, the next version (coming around April 2009) of Questetra BPM Suite can show messages on the top of the Task Execution screen.

Regardless of how much IT may grow, we want to value the people-to-people communication.

従って効率的に業務を遂行するためには、設計者と実行者のコミュニケーションが必要です。

次のバージョン(2009年4月リリース予定)の Questetra BPM Suite では、 プロセスモデル設計時の意図や入力項目名だけでは伝わらないような補足の情報を、設計者から実行者に伝えるための機能として、 タスク実行画面の上部にメッセージを表示できるようになります。

どんなにIT化されても、人と人のコミュニケーションは大切ですね。
