We add a task type "team-task" in Questetra BPM Suite.
Usually, an individual user takes care of a task, look through data related to that task, and enter data to complete it. In contrast, more than one user can take a team-task, and they can consult data simultaneously, although only one user completes that team-task after entering data. In combination with Discussion Data Type, several people can chat in looking at data at once.
The team-task type is suitable for tasks that several people execute; for example, discussion and review of documents by several people.

2009年4月ごろに公開予定の、次のQuestetra BPM Suiteのバージョンでは、チームタスクというタスクの種類が登場します。
通常のタスクでは1人のユーザが引き受けて、タスクに渡されてきたデータを閲覧し、そしてデータの入力を行ってタスクを完了させます。チームタスクではデータの入力を行ってタスクを完了させるのは最終的に1人なのですが、複数のユーザが引き受けて、複数のユーザで同時にデータを閲覧することができます。先の掲示板型と組み合わせて使用すると、複数人でデータを同時に見ながらチャットをすることができます。
ドキュメントをレビューし複数人で議論するというような、多人数で1つのタスクを実行する業務に適しています。
