Multiple Users Registration / ユーザ一括登録

“Can multiple users be registered at the same time?”

This is one of the questions often asked when we visit our prospective customers.

“Yes, you can.”

Multiple Users Registration function is installed to Questetra BPM Suite.

You can register a number of users at once just by preparing CSV data with users’ information.

To use this function, create user data with Excel or other spreadsheet applications.



Enter data in the following order:

　　User name,email address,password,(group name1, group name2,…)

If you are using Excel, save users’ information file as a CSV file.

You can confirm that the saved data is in the specified format by quitting Excel and opening the saved file with a text editor such as notepad.



When you finish creating CSV data, click User Management > Import Users and paste the data stored in the file to the CSV data entry field, then click “Submit.”

You can register tens, even hundreds of user altogether.

This will lighten the burden of managers. Hope you utilize this function.

「ユーザ情報の一括登録はできるの？」

客先でよく聞かれる質問の一つ。

「もちろんできます。」

Questetra BPM Suite にはユーザ一括登録機能が用意されています。

この機能を用いると、CSVデータで作成したユーザ情報を用意するだけで、多くのユーザ情報を一回の操作で登録することができます。

一括登録するにはExcelなどでユーザデータを作成します。



データの並びは次のような順にします。

　　ユーザ名, メールアドレス, パスワード（, 所属グループ, ...）

Excel の場合、ファイルの種類を「CSV」にして保存するとCSVデータが生成されます。

Excel を終了し、notepad などで保存したファイルを開くと上記形式のファイルになっていることが分かります。



この形式でデータを作成したら、「ユーザ管理」->「ユーザ一括登録」で表示される画面にある、CSVデータ入力フォームにデータを貼り付け、「Submit」ボタンを押すと一括登録が完了します。

数十名、数百名のユーザデータも、一括して登録することができます。

管理者の負担も減りますので、是非活用してください。
