Questetra, Inc. offers training on how to use Questetra BPM Suite.
We have our clients actually work with the software in order to better understand the functions and operations of the Modeling, Operating and Monitoring features.

We also help them understand the concept of BPM (Business Process Management).
We always try to relate the training simulations with BPM ideology, and explain everything carefully.

We feel great satisfaction when a participant shows a reaction that says, "I get it!" or when one asks a good, specific question.
And the information we acquire at these training sessions will be used in brushing up our product.

クエステトラでは、Questetra BPM Suite の利用方法について、トレーニングを行っています。
モデリング／オペレーティング／モニタリングの各機能、及び操作方法について、実際に操作していただきながら理解を深めて頂くメニューとなっております。

利用方法だけでなく、BPM（Business Process Management）の考え方についても、理解して頂きたいと考えております。
トレーニングでは、実際の操作に関連づけて、BPMの考え方を盛り込み、丁寧に説明することを心がけています。

受講者の方が「なるほど！」という反応を見せたとき、受講者の方から具体的な質問が飛んできたとき、とても喜びを感じます。
