You can see a lot via Process Summary and Task Summary. / プロセス集計／タスク集計でいろいろ見えます

You can find the following information through (Involved) Process Summary / (Involved) Task Summary in Monitoring.


- How many Processes/Tasks are done in each month (or week)? How long did it take to complete each Process/Task? (A bar chart and line chart on upper-left)
-> You can grasp the trend of overall volume.

- Which group/user processed Processes/Tasks most in each month (or week)? (A stacked bar chart on upper-right)
-> You can check the trend of the degree of workload bias.

- Which group/user processed Processes/Tasks most in the past? (A pie chart on lower-left)
-> You can see the trend of the degree of cumulative workload bias.

- Which Task has more retention? Which Task takes time? (Process Diagram chart on lower-right *Only available in Task Summary)
-> Current/past amount of Tasks and past Task execution time of each Task can be browsed.

By adjusting target period, group/user, and status, you can see the summary from a variety of perspectives.

モニタリングの中にある（処理）プロセス集計／（処理）タスク集計の各グラフでは、以下のような情報を見ることができます


・各月（または各週）でどのくらいプロセス／タスクの数があった？どのくらいプロセス／タスク完了に時間かかった？（左上の棒グラフ、折れ線グラフ）
→全体ボリュームの推移がわかります

・各月（または各週）はどのグループ／ユーザがプロセス／タスクを多く処理した？（右上の積み上げ棒グラフ）
→負荷の偏り具合の推移がわかります

・累計でどのグループ／ユーザがプロセス／タスクを多く処理した？（左下の円グラフ）
→これまでの負荷の偏り具合がわかります

・どのタスクが多く溜まっている？どのタスクで時間がかかている？（右下のプロセス図グラフ　※タスク集計のみ）
→現状／過去のタスク量や過去のがタスク実行時間がタスクごとにわかります

対象とする期間、グループ／ユーザ、状態を変えることで、様々な切り口での集計を見ることができます。
