New Feature -Notice Mail- / 新機能 -通知メール-

Until now, when you want to know offered or allocated tasks, you have to sign in Questetra BPM Suite (hereinafter called QBPMS) and check the Operation page.

But all users do not constantly sign in QBPMS.
Then, it was often a problem that some users who access QBPMS once in a while can’t notice the tasks when they are offered or allocated.

As a solution, we are going to add a feature called “Notice Mail” to the next version of QBPMS.
This feature enables you, by means of e-mail notification, to be aware of tasks that are offered or allocated.

Thereby, users can be informed of newly offered and allocated tasks related to them without signing in QBPMS, which will result in smoother process execution.

これまで、タスクをオファーされたり割り当てられたのを知るには、Questetra BPM Suiteにログインしてオペレーティングの画面で確認するしかありませんでした。

しかし、Questetra BPM Suiteに常にログインしているユーザばかりではありません。Questetra BPM Suiteに時々ログインするようなユーザは、タスクがオファーされたり割り当てられたりしても、気付かずにいることが多いという問題がありました。

そこで、Questetra BPM Suiteの次のバージョンから、「ユーザ通知設定」という機能を搭載します。ユーザ通知設定機能では、タスクがオファーされたり割り当てられたりしたときに、メールでその事実を通知することができるようになります。

これにより、Questetra BPM Suiteにログインしていなくても自分に関係するタスクの発生を知ることができるようになり、プロセスがよりスムーズに流れるようになります。
