Sign-In ID / ログインID

On Questetra BPM Suite, a mail address is treated as a Sign-In ID,
because the email address is unique to each system-user as a general trend.

and
OKAWARI@questetra.com
are the same????????

These may be treated as the same.
But these are treated as two different addresses on Questetra BPM Suite!
