On the Download site of Questetra BPM Suite http://store.questetra.com/en/, a new content has appeared!

That's "BPM Story." Please click the banner written "BPM?" in the menu on the right of the top page.

It includes 4 episodes. Only the 1st episode has been published so
far, but the episode 2-4 will also be done in the late April.

Episode 1: How to draw a Business Process Diagram?
Episode 2: What kinds of business can kaizen (improve) remarkably?
Episode 3: How to exercise Knowledge Management under Application Control?
Episode 4: How to Balance Productivity Improvement and Acquiring of

Many people may know the textbook definition of the concept of BPM, but maybe they don't know how to practice it actually.

BPM Story must solve such a problem. Although it is a relatively long story, if you are patient enough to read up to the end, you will be a BPM Master!?
