Summer Time ／ 遅刻許容日

Hello, everyone. Does your country/territory utilize daylight-saving time (summer time)? Japan does not. So, it is not easy for Japanese people to imagine what happens the first day of daylight time. I guess some workers thought "Oh dang! I think I'm late for work!" this Monday.

I'm wondering how timepieces work. Some watches and clocks are set automatically, but most are done manually. Am I correct? If I were you, I would say, "What a pain!" Do you have any process to set all or most of timepieces in your company?

こんにちは皆さん。そちらの国では夏時間ってありますか？
日本にはないので、日本の人にとっては夏時間に切り替わる日ってどんな感じなのか余りわかりませんよね。
きっと、初日はほとんどの人が遅刻するに違いないです。(欧米では今週3/8から夏時間)

時計の調節ってどうなんでしょう。
自動調整されるものもあるけれど、手動のものがまだ大半という様子でしょうか。
私だったら「うぅ、面倒くさい…」と思っちゃうかも。
会社中の時計を変更するプロセスってあるのかな？
